Who is Med Dukaan for?
Retail medical stores and pharmacies, starting in Uttar Pradesh. Hospital pharmacies are supported with a dedicated website design.
What do I pay?
A one-time setup fee that includes hosting for the first months, then a monthly fee. The exact current prices and GST are shown in the pricing section and at checkout.
Is my business data private?
Yes. Each store’s data is kept separate from every other store. Purchase prices and customer details are never shown on your website unless you choose to.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard is designed for phones as well as computers.
Does Med Dukaan make my store legally compliant?
No software can do that on its own. Med Dukaan helps you keep licence, batch, expiry and prescription records organised; following the law remains the store’s responsibility.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add pharmacists, cashiers and inventory staff, each with their own login and limited access.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get reminders and a grace period. If the subscription lapses your data is kept safely and you can export it.
